FAQ
Introduction
What do I get?
A Private Physician to assess, diagnose, and treat you in a location that you choose. Often, we treat patients in their homes, apartments, hotel rooms, offices, or by telehealth.
What is a Private Physician?
A Private Physician is dedicated to you - unencumbered by influences of healthcare systems, insurance reimbursements, cost-cutting mandates, or pre-authorizations. A Private Physician is reimbursed by you, focused on you, tailoring medical care to you without outside influence.
What is tertiary care?
Primary care treats mild outpatient conditions. When you are too sick for a primary care physician, they will send you to an urgent care (secondary care), or to the hospital (tertiary care). Dr. William J. Mazzella is an active tertiary care physician who provides primary, secondary, or tertiary care as the case requires.
